Import Excel into ACT! 2005 and ACT! 2006 and ACT! 2007

 

It has been possible to export existing contact lists to Excel since the introduction of ACT! 2005.

it Import .NET now allows you to import your existing Excel contact lists.

 

Highlights:

 

Immediately import groups, company contacts and histories.

 

Use the "Additional Columns" function to select a column from the import Excel list and enter the default value that the field should have.

 

The recordset manager can be selected while importing.

 

Parameter conditions: Merge values from different fields in the Excel file when importing.

 

it Import .NET checks whether the contact already exists (duplicate). If the contact already exists, the contact is updated when imported.
