contact you through the email address you provide when you complete your purchase
to agree a time to tackle your issue - whatever it is.
Once we know what you
need support on, we might ask you to provide us additional information so that
we can focus our answers to best suit your circumstances.
We track the time we
spend dealing with your issue - which means that you can keep coming back to us
on further issues until your pre-purchased block of time is fully used-up - and
you can then order an additional block of time to keep you going!

Well acknowledge receipt of your purchase as
soon as it arrives in our system. Well try to contact you within 24 hours,
though the response time isn't guaranteed because of possible business
commitments or travel.
