@promt NET Professional 8.5 is a complete local network (LAN) translation solution for processing multilingual document flows within the organization, supporting automatic translation of incoming and outgoing documentation of any kind. Multifunctional client workspaces are specially designed to resolve multiple automated translation tasks. Users can access translation functions directly through all Microsoft Office® applications, as well as web-page translation, a special application for quick ‘on-the-fly’ translations and other tools. Professional translators also have the option to work with translation topic templates, Associated Memory databases, and specialized dictionaries. All translations are carried out on the server; only the required access components (client applications) are installed on user workstations. The new Microsoft Office 2007-style interface lets users enter new words into user dictionaries with a single click. @promt NET Professional 8.5 also enables users to create dictionaries automatically, optionally make use of the internal Translation Memory system, and supports Mozilla Firefox and OpenOffice to deliver optimum ease of use.
